Rehabilitation Support Companion, CB445

Permanent / 16 Hours a week. Shift Pattern: Flexible: Days, Afternoons, Occasional Weekends. / Castle Carrock, Brampton


We are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Companion for our 96-year-old female client with Dementia. Will you join us in ensuring this lady maintains as much independence as possible within her own home and the community? Our client is eager to have some companionship beyond her family, so you will support our client to access the community and have a gentle and patient approach to assisting them with daily living activities, as well as assistance with personal care. Our client loves going out for lunch and telling her stories, so you need to be a good listener and prepared for having your ears talked off! If you have experience of working with clients with Dementia, love a good chat and cuppa, then this role is perfect for you.

The salary for this role is £14.00 per hour depending on experience.


Your duties will include supporting our client to access the community, including supporting to attend appointments, maintaining and completing household duties, and assistance with personal care.
