Rehabilitation Support Worker, SP423

Permanent / Part Time - 16 hours per week / Carlisle

Description

You will be required to support the client with their weekly shopping and provide them with support to get out into the community to do activities that they enjoy, this role is a lone working role, and the client has no gender preference. Someone suitable for the role would be anyone interested in local history, motorbikes, films, wildlife.

The salary for this role is £12 per hour depending on experience.

Duties

Your duties will include taking the client out into the community so that they can complete their shopping duties and being socially involved with other people in the community. You will also attend medical appointments with the client, other duties will include encouraging the client to engage in therapy programmes set out alongside other healthcare professionals to support the client live independently.
