We are recruiting a Team Leader to support one of our clients following an acquired brain injury that he sustained in a car accident a number of years ago. The salary for the role is up to £16 per hour, depending on experience. Are you who we are looking for?

I am looking for a Team Leader to work on shift as part of my team but also to co-ordinate the rota, supervise and manage my day-to-day support, make sure I am well looked after, and that the team are working together. The salary for this role is £16 per hour.

Duties

Your duties will include co-ordinating the rota to ensure cover is in place at all times, ensuring the smooth running of the team and that everybody knows what they are doing. You will work on shift for the majority of your hours supporting with personal care, social and leisure activities, and rehabilitation activities, whilst also having some time to work off shift to complete the rotas and supervision of the rest of the team.
