The Northern Acquired Brain Injury Forum are a group of individuals and organisations with a keen interest in, and vast experience of, acquired brain injuries.
Louise Chance hosted this year’s NABIF Conference on Friday 20 September 2019, between 12pm and 2pm at Sunbeams Music Centre, Stoller House, Redhills, Penrith, CA11 0DT.
Sara Fisher successfully presented the collaborative project between ACFL and COMPASS Brain Injury Specialists Ltd. (formally Headway Dumfries and Galloway).
Sara was joined by fellow speakers:
Rosie Axon, Neurologic Music Therapist and Director of Chiltern Music Therapy, speaking about Neurological Music Therapy and MATADOC – essential interventions for assessments and long-term planning.
Jill Beswick, Clinical Lead/ Paul Staff, Business Development Officer of Calvert Reconnections speaking about the new Calvert Reconnections Neurorehabilitation Centre in Keswick opening in early 2020.
