Due to exciting growth and expansion we are searching for an Occupational Therapist/ Case Manager to join our team.

What do applicants needs to demonstrate?
• Ability to work with adults and/or children with complex needs
• Compassion and understanding of the needs of clients, families and carer

15 hour DAY SHIFTS plus SLEEPOVERS
Would you like to join a great support team that enables a lady with an Acquired Brain Injury to live in her own home?
Are you a car driver, who is able to work 15 hour shifts and sleep-in nights?
Do you want a job that is rewarding where you can help your client achieve her goals?
Then come and join our team. Duties will include support to carry out all daily living tasks including personal care, house-keeping and leisure activities. Experience is not essential as full training will be offered.
An ability to be flexible and a willingness to commit to our client and work as part of a team is essential.
Car driver is essential.
NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential.
Training and Supervision given.
Pay: up to £10 per hour (dependent on experience). Enhancements for Sunday and bank holiday working.

A Chance for Life Ltd is a successful and growing rehabilitation company, registered by the Care Quality Commission, providing services to children and adults across the north of England and Scotland.
£9 an hour – Full time OR part hours and sleepovers
We are currently recruiting for a female rehabilitation support worker to work with a young woman with cerebral palsy in her home and in the community.
Support Worker Duties:
• You will be working within part of a friendly, dedicated team on a rota basis, including morning, evening and weekend shifts, and sleeps.
• You will be working with our client to support her with personal care, social and leisure activities.
• Experience of working with young people with disabilities would be an advantage but not essential.
• You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care OR be able to complete within the first 12 months of employment.
Weekly Hours of Work:
07.00 – 08.30 (morning shift)
17.30 – 21.30 (evening shift)
21.30 – 08.00 (sleep shift)
Day time hours will differ in school holidays.
Weekend Hours of Work:
Saturday: 08.00 – 16.00, 17.30 – 21.30, 21.30 – 08.00 (sleep)
Sunday: 08.00 – 10.00, 17.30 – 21.30, 21.30 – 08.00 (sleep)
A full UK driving licence and own car is ESSENTIAL
