We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join our team.
You will be office-based in Penrith, with an expectation to travel to a variety of locations within the North of England & Southern Scotland.

We are looking for full time experienced Senior Support Worker. You will need to be enthusiastic, competent, motivated, reliable, flexible, and be able to adapt to a changing role within a developing and expanding company.
You will be required to work with a variety of clients of all ages, helping them in their rehabilitation working towards achieving their full potential.
IT skills are essential as you will be required to input information onto the company database.
This position comes with a full induction programme, mandatory training, supervision and company pension scheme. The ability to drive a company pool car and occasionally the use of your own car with business insurance is essential for this post.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 working towards Level 4 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Starting salary: £10.00 per hour

You will have a company car and work in the community. You will be home or office-based depending on location and will visit our head office in Penrith for meetings and training. We operate regional office bases to facilitate networking and communication.

We are a successful and growing rehabilitation company providing services to children and adults across the north of England and Scotland.
You will be required to work with a young woman with cerebral palsy in her home and the community. Duties will include supporting her with personal care, social and leisure activities. You must have previous experience of working with young people with disabilities.
Driving licence and car owner is essential.
Training and Supervision given
£9.00 per hour depending on experience
You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care
(or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
